All patterns are downloadable.  You will receive an email with a link to download.  If you are ordering shipped items along with patterns, the patterns will be available after I mark the full order complete.  If you want pattern immediately - you should create 2 orders.  One with patterns and one with mailable items.  That way you will get the downloads right away.
